Normal visits and arrival

Questions about coming to Kivi for normal climbing, without booking a group session.

Do I need to book a time if I am coming for normal climbing?

No. For normal climbing, you can come during opening hours without booking a time.

If it is your first visit to Kivi, we recommend reading the First Visit page beforehand so you know what to expect when you arrive.

I have never climbed before. Should I book a class first?

You do not need to book a class to try bouldering for the first time.

For a normal first visit, simply come during opening hours and let the front desk know it is your first time. If you prefer guidance or a more structured experience, a class or private session may be a good option.

I am near the building but cannot find the entrance. What should I do?

Check the Location page. It includes arrival instructions, videos, and parking information to help you find the entrance easily.

Can I come in just to look around before deciding to climb?

Yes, you are welcome to come to the front desk and ask to look around.

Please do not enter the climbing or falling zones unless you have checked in and are ready to climb.

Do you have changing rooms, showers, toilets, and lockers?

Yes. Kivi has changing rooms, showers, toilets, and lockers.

There is also a coat rack area in front of the changing rooms where you can hang coats and extra layers.
