Why join Bouldering 101?

Climbing may look simple from the outside: reach up, pull with your arms, and do pull-ups. In reality, bouldering is much more about body positioning, footwork, balance, and learning how to move efficiently on the wall.

To enjoy bouldering, you do not need to be tall or very strong. Everyone has a different body type, and different climbers often solve the same boulder in different ways.

The course gives you progressive learning over four weeks, so you can build skills gradually and understand the language, safety habits, and movement ideas used by climbers.
